Become a Community Support Worker at RainCity Housing, focused on supporting individuals experiencing homelessness in Sechelt. This role is integral to fostering independence and recovery. As a Community Support Worker, you'll work collaboratively with clients to develop individualized plans addressing their needs in mental health, daily living, and recovery. Your proactive engagement and support will allow clients to achieve their goals while transforming their lives. You’ll also be collaborating closely with other staff and resource organizations. Key Responsibilities:
Implement and review client-focused service plans
Provide medication administration and safety support
Conduct health and recreational activities

Love advocacy for client rights Requirements:
Diploma in community social services is a plus
Two years of relevant experience in social services
Current First Aid and CPR certification required
Familiarity with mental health and addiction issues
