Coordinate staffing and schedules for Snow School programs
Maintain accurate attendance and instructor qualification records




Facilitate collaboration within scheduling and Guest Relations teams
Identify and communicate scheduling gaps to leadership
Support program administration through documentation Requirements:
1–2 years of scheduling or program administration experience
Exceptional problem-solving and time management skills
Familiarity with Microsoft Office and scheduling tools
Solid communication abilities for team collaboration
