Panorama Mountain Village seeks an Emergency Response Ski Patrol member to provide on-mountain first aid and enforce skier safety. This role combines emergency response with trail maintenance duties. In this position, you will be responsible for assessing emergencies, mentoring current patrol staff, and maintaining a protected skiing workplace through proactive trail management. Your emergency care skills will be crucial in ensuring the safety of both guests and fellow employees across the slopes. Key Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough trail openings and closings as needed
Mentor incoming staff and enhance performance standards
Facilitate effective emergency response during incidents
Communicate skier safety information publicly
Perform regular equipment maintenance inspections Requirements:
High School Diploma or Equivalent
80+ hour Outdoor Emergency Care Certificate is preferred
Background in previous skiing patrol or medical training
Must manage physical demands of the role
