Manage telephone support for healthcare programs
Follow up and monitor patient cases diligently
Document activities in a detailed database
Train and assist recent caseworkers as required
Report adverse events to designated departments Requirements:
One year minimum in customer service roles
Bilingual in French and English is required
Associate's degree or related experience
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
