Youth Unlimited YFC is seeking a Youth Engagement Coordinator to facilitate activities that help young people flourish. This role involves using your talents to create and implement impactful programs that align with community needs. Robust relationship-building skills are essential to connect with youth and establish support networks with ministry partners. Key Responsibilities:
Create and lead effective youth programming
Foster robust relationships with youth and community
Handle administrative responsibilities for programs
Cultivate partnerships for ministry fiscal support
Ensure programs embrace diversity and inclusivity Requirements:
Ability to connect with and motivate youth
Knowledge of community dynamics and engagement
Proven experience in program planning and execution
Previous youth work experience is advantageous
