Conduct comprehensive client care assessments
Provide clinical support and consultation for healthcare providers
Report on client assessments to service partners
Collaborate on program planning and quality improvements
Guide infection control practices effectively Requirements:
Degree or diploma in Nursing/Practical Nursing
3+ years in a healthcare setting
Valuable standing member of Ontario’s College of Nurses
Valid First Aid & CPR certification
