Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily pharmacy operations to ensure efficiency • Evaluate and improve pharmacy service standards • Provide coaching for team development and performance • Implement current strategies to enhance service delivery • Create internal programs to strengthen pharmacy capabilities
Requirements: • B.Sc. or Pharm.D. in Pharmacy • Licensed and in good standing in PEI • Minimum three years of pharmacy management • Proven leadership and mentoring skills • Available for travel across PEI and Atlantic Canada
