Role: Oracle HCM Cloud Security Lead

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Security Lead to oversee, design, and manage end-to-end security architecture across our Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud workplace. In this role, you will be responsible for defining role-based access control (RBAC), driving security compliance, and ensuring robust governance across all HCM modules.

Key Responsibilities
Design, implement, and maintain custom Security Roles (Job, Duty, Abstract, and Data Roles) aligned with organizational segregation of duties (SoD) policies.
Lead security administration within Security Console, manage data access sets, and configure security profiles across global human resources, payroll, and talent modules.
Conduct regular security audits, user access reviews, and remediation activities to address vulnerabilities and ensure regulatory compliance.




Collaborate with functional and technical teams to support quarterly Oracle Cloud updates, regression testing, and impact analyses on existing roles.
Serve as the primary subject matter expert (SME) for troubleshooting security access issues, role customizations, and privilege assignments.

Qualifications & Experience
Total Experience: 8 to 10 years of experience working with Oracle HCM / Oracle Fusion HCM applications.
Domain Expertise: Minimum 3+ years of dedicated, hands-on experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Security .
Deep functional understanding of Oracle HCM Cloud modules (Core HR, Payroll, Perks, Absence Management, etc.).
Proven track record of designing custom roles, configuring security profiles, and executing SoD matrices.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
