WesTower is hiring a Hydrovac Operator to ensure safety and efficiency in utility excavation projects. This role is perfect for individuals who thrive in a hands-on setting and enjoy outdoor work. As part of the WesTower Wireline operations team, the Hydrovac Operator will report to the Construction Manager and focus on secure, autonomous equipment operation with a minimum requirement of one year in the field. Solid communication skills and the ability to handle heavy lifting are required to adapt to various site conditions. Key Responsibilities:
Perform safe and effective utility excavation using hydrovac equipment
Manage and lift equipment and materials over 100 pounds
Follow safety protocols and maintain a skilled demeanor
Be ready to assist with other labor tasks as needed
Collaboratively work with team members for project success Requirements:
Valid AB Class 3 license (Class 1 preferred)
Ground Disturbance II certification necessary
One year of hydrovac operating experience
Reliable and motivated self-starter
