As an Employment Program Coach, you will engage with participants to help them build confidence and readiness for the workforce. Your role includes providing direct mentoring, overseeing hands-on opportunities with Ruth's Coffee, and fostering relationships throughout the community. Your support will be essential in empowering individuals as they navigate barriers to employment. Key Responsibilities:
Mentor participants in developing essential workplace skills
Supervise community work experiences for effective training




Coordinate logistics for Street Team activities and schedules
Document participant progress accurately
Foster a supportive and trauma-informed learning setting Requirements:
Proven experience working with individuals in need of employment support
Background in coaching or mentoring
Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
Valid Class 5 Driver's Licence
