As a pivotal team member reporting to the Construction Manager, the Site Supervisor manages on-site construction activities to ensure adherence to project specifications and timelines. You will lead crews, nurture a robust safety culture, and document compliance with safety regulations and project demands.

Key Responsibilities:



• Ensure compliance with project drawings and quality standards • Supervise and mentor site crews for optimal performance • Submit daily crew timesheets and track productivity • Serve as the main contact for clients and subcontractors • Maintain safety protocols and report incidents

Requirements: • Degree in Construction Management or related field • 5-7 years of experience in the construction sector • Valid class 5 driver's license with good record • High-voltage project experience is a strong asset • Familiarity with Canadian Electrical Code and safety standards
