Key Responsibilities:



• Partner with the Board on strategic planning • Manage operating and capital budgets effectively • Build relationships with municipal officials and community stakeholders • Lead a dedicated unionized workforce and promote positive culture • Spearhead fundraising initiatives and grant applications

Requirements: • Master of Library and Information Science or equivalent • Minimum 5 years of progressive library experience • At least 3 years in public library management • Knowledge of Ontario public library standards • Solid communication and financial management skills
