In this role at Blue Mountain Plastics Recycling, you will be instrumental in maintaining the reliability of our facility’s equipment in Shelburne, Ontario. We encourage candidates who are mechanically inclined, whether you hold a 433A license or have relevant experience without it. Your role will focus on maintaining and improving recycling machinery and systems while promoting a safety-conscious workplace. Key Responsibilities:
Conduct preventative and predictive maintenance tasks
Repair and maintain industrial machines including pumps and motors
Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues swiftly
Follow safety guidelines and emergency procedures
Assist in continuous improvement projects and upgrades Requirements:
Preference for 433A licensed Millwrights
Minimum 3 years in an industrial maintenance role
Solid mechanical repair and troubleshooting skills
Experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems
