In this role, you will focus on installation and maintenance of complex roofing systems while prioritizing safety. As a current addition to the team, you will install systems such as BUR and EPDM while performing routine inspections with specialized equipment. This role demands traveling up to 25% within the Ottawa region and working versatile schedules during peak work seasons. Robust communication skills are a must for effective teamwork. Key Responsibilities:
Install roofing systems and safety components
Conduct routine QA inspections using diagnostic tools
Ensure strict adherence to safety measures
Communicate issues clearly to foreman and team
Lift heavy materials (up to 50 lbs) and work at heights Requirements:
At least 2 years of experience in commercial roofing
Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle
Willingness to travel and work flexible schedule
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
