Hellenic Home for the Aged is searching for a Live-In Superintendent in Toronto. Focus on property maintenance and enhance our supportive community for senior residents. As a Full time Live-In Superintendent, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and cleanliness of a 225-unit apartment complex. You'll maintain both interior and exterior areas, assist with tenant transitions, and respond to on-call maintenance emergencies. This role requires a cooperative approach within the Environmental Services team to meet community standards. Key Responsibilities:
Maintain safety and cleanliness throughout the property
Oversee common areas and auxiliary space upkeep
Manage exterior grounds including entrances and walkways
Keep logs and report deficiencies promptly
Prepare apartments for current residents after cleaning Requirements:
Must be physically capable for all responsibilities
Ability to perform minor repairs and maintenance tasks
Demonstrated excellent customer service skills
Previous Superintendent experience is a plus
