Support clients in their homes by becoming a Personal Support Worker with In-Home Assisted Living Inc. (IHAL) in Toronto, ON. This role focuses on client-centered care and emotional support during evening shifts. IHAL is on the hunt for caring PSWs who can deliver meaningful assistance in a home workplace. Working Monday to Friday from 5pm to 9pm, you will help clients with day-to-day tasks while fostering their independence and dignity. A valid PSW certificate and caregiving experience are required to apply. Key Responsibilities:
Aid clients with grooming, bathing, and dressing
Provide mobility support and protected transfers
Maintain a clean setting through light housekeeping
Monitor clients' routines and provide medication reminders
Engage clients in comforting conversations and emotional support Requirements:
PSW Certificate is mandatory
Minimum of 1 year experience in caregiving
CPR/First Aid Certification essential
