About the Role
We are seeking a customer-focused and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to support day-to-day customer operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts.
Process customer orders, quotations, and order confirmations accurately.
Coordinate with Sales, Procurement, Production, Quality, Logistics, and Finance to ensure customer requirements are met.
Prepare quotations, order confirmations, and supporting customer documentation.
Monitor order status, inventory, and delivery timelines while providing proactive updates.
Resolve customer inquiries, shortages, complaints, and service-related issues professionally.




Coordinate with internal departments including Sales, Production, Procurement, Logistics, and Finance.
Maintain accurate customer records and support account management activities.
Assist with product launches, customer onboarding, and required documentation.
Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety standards, and customer-specific requirements.

Qualifications
2–5 years of experience in customer service, inside sales, or account coordination.
Experience within food manufacturing, ingredients, distribution, or CPG industries is considered an asset.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with ERP and CRM systems is an asset.
Experience in manufacturing, food production, distribution, or CPG is preferred.
Ability to work collaboratively while delivering outstanding customer service in a rapid-paced environment.
