Cargojet is seeking a dedicated Ground Handler for a fixed-term contract until January 2027. In this role, you will be responsible for loading, unloading, and sorting packages while adhering to safety protocols. You will also put your ability to lift heavy packages and communicate effectively to good use as part of our team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Load and offload aircraft and trucks safely
• Lift packages up to 60lbs repetitively
• Sort and organize packages for efficient delivery
• Communicate accurate piece counts to supervisors
• Maintain cleanliness and order in work areas
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or equivalent experience
• Valid Class 5 Drivers Licence or equivalent
• Ability to obtain Transport Canada Security Clearance
• Proven punctuality and strong attendance record
• Adaptability to varying shift schedules
