You will oversee end-to-end sourcing, manufacturing, and distribution, partnering with the COO and executive team to set KPIs and cost structures. You will lead a cross-functional team, drive Lean/Six Sigma initiatives, and implement ERP/MRP enhancements including Odoo to enable real-time visibility and global readiness.
