Maintain a supportive atmosphere at the Centre
Assist with the planning of recreational programming
Encourage participant engagement in all activities
Coordinate with other staff for seamless operations
Implement critical incident management plans Requirements:
Education in social work or equivalent experience
Proficiency in crisis intervention techniques
Experience with homelessness and addiction contexts
Community resource knowledge for effective referrals
