Role Overview

We are looking for a Business Management Intern to support office administration and assist senior leadership with operational coordination. The role involves calendar management, meeting coordination, and administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

Office Administration
Support daily office operations and administrative tasks
Maintain records, documents, and internal files
Assist with internal communication and documentation

Calendar & Leadership Support
Manage calendars for senior leadership
Schedule meetings, calls, and internal discussions




Prepare meeting agendas and track follow-ups

Operational Support
Assist with coordination between departments
Support leadership with organisational tasks
Help maintain smooth office workflows

Eligibility
Pursuing or recently completed BBA / MBA / Business Management / related field
Solid organisational and communication skills
Ability to manage schedules and administrative tasks
Professional attitude and attention to detail
