Shape the client experience while managing claims effectively across our seven clinic locations. In this full time role, you will not only manage administrative responsibilities but also ensure smooth operations and client satisfaction at our Scarborough clinic. You will play a crucial role in every MVA and WSIB claim process while maintaining the highest standards through your leadership and support. Key Responsibilities:
Oversee client coordinators and manage admin schedules
Handle escalated client issues and service recovery
Set up and monitor MVA & WSIB claims across all clinics




Coordinate and follow up on billing and unpaid accounts
Maintain explicit documentation of processes and responsibilities Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of clinic admin experience
Robust leadership and mentoring qualities
Exceptional organizations skills and attention to detail
Confident in communicating with insurers and colleagues
