Lead inclusion efforts within classroom settings
Implement effective teaching strategies for diverse learners




Collaborate with educators to design inclusive activities
Provide support for families navigating challenges
Engage in community services promoting inclusivity Requirements:
Diploma in Early Childhood Education from an Ontario college
Valid registration with the College of Early Childhood Educators
Experience with special needs education
Certification in First Aid and infant/child CPR
