Conduct minor plumbing and electrical maintenance
Perform HVAC inspections and boiler maintenance
Handle general carpentry and drywall repairs
Be part of a rotating on-call schedule for emergencies
Respond to tenant maintenance inquiries with follow-up Requirements:
2+ years of handyman experience
Knowledge in minor repairs and installations
Valid driver's license required
