We are seeking an experienced Project Manager – Engineering to join our team to ensure the delivery of engineering capital projects within the midstream sector. In this role, you will oversee the execution and management of cost, schedule, and technical objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the development, coordination, and execution of assigned midstream engineering projects
Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to manage the end-to-end project life cycle and align project deliverables with business objectives
Develop and control project budgets, schedules, and risk registers to ensure delivery within scope and corporate standards
Collaborate, guide and mentor a KZenEdge Project Coordinator to effectively manage communication, meetings and documentation
Prepare and present project status reports, forecasts, and change management documentation to leadership and stakeholders
Identify lessons learned and implement continuous improvement practices across projects
Qualifications & Skills
7+ years project management experience, preferably within oil and gas midstream operations
PMP certification or equivalent PMI credentials required
Proven track record managing engineering projects for owner/operator companies
Solid knowledge of project methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid)
Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite, MS Project, SharePoint, and Visio
Exceptional stakeholder management and risk management capabilities
Robust communication and mentorship skills across all organizational levels
Financial acumen including budget management, forecasting, and variance analysis
