Create and maintain accurate design documentation
Input BOMs into the ERP system for tracking
Provide technical liaison between teams and shop staff
Validate designs from concept to commissioningRequirements:
Engineering degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Fabrication
Skilled in AutoCAD and Inventor 3D modeling
EIT or P.Eng registration preferred
Experience in food processing equipment design
