Step into a full time Therapeutic Community Facilitator role at Stonehenge, dedicated to fostering therapeutic growth and support for residents. Engage daily in facilitating and coordinating essential programming. Stonehenge is looking for three passionate facilitators to uphold its Therapeutic Community model. This role requires facilitating multiple psycho-educational groups, ensuring the clinical needs of residents are met. Ideal candidates will have a background in mental health or addiction services, along with relevant experience and education. You'll actively contribute to resident mentoring and logistical operations within the community. Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and lead therapeutic and psycho-educational groups
Provide immediate support and motivation to residents




Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Participate in inventory oversight and supply management
Assist with community living and documentation accuracy Requirements:
Completed diploma or degree in related fields
Minimum of one year relevant work experience
G Driver’s License with satisfactory driving record
CPR/First Aid certification required
