This position requires fabricating and assembling structural steel, along with operating various tools and equipment essential for the job. Candidates should be skilled in reading blueprints and have a robust understanding of welding processes. Key Responsibilities:
Assemble metal sections using bolting and welding methods
Move materials and perform crane checks daily
Lay out reference points based on blueprints
Operate torches, grinders, and other hand tools
Promote safety and mentor junior fitters Requirements:
At least 5 years of fitting/welding experience required
Familiarity with Health and Safety procedures
Ability to read a tape measure
Solid organizational and communication skills
