Assist in planning and implementing resident programs
Maintain accurate departmental records of resident participation
Communicate effectively with residents and families
Facilitate scheduled outings for residents
Evaluate daily activities to enhance engagement Requirements:
College diploma in Recreation or Gerontology
Experience working with seniors
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications
Excellent communication skills
