Key Responsibilities:
• Organize and deliver nursing care to patients/residents
• Adhere to nursing philosophy and competency guidelines
• Collaborate with Nurse Manager and healthcare team
• Uphold BCCNM nursing standards in practice

Requirements:
• Active registration with BC College of Nurses and Midwives
• Relevant medical and/or surgical experience preferred
• Strong communication skills for effective engagement
• Capable of prioritizing and managing workload efficiently
