Ensure effective coordination of nursing care services
Lead daily reports amongst healthcare team members
Record and document significant changes in resident conditions
Review and expedite physician orders in compliance with protocols Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
Knowledge of long-term care laws and regulations
Registration with the provincial nursing registry
Background in geriatric care or rehabilitation
