As a full time Client Service Agent, you will provide vital administrative support in the Public Veterinary Services team. Your responsibilities include answering client inquiries, maintaining accurate records, and facilitating seamless appointment scheduling. Counsel public on veterinary care and support services
Accept and process payments while issuing receipts
Maintain confidentiality and accurate medical records
Coordinate communication between clients and staff
