Your role encompasses monitoring progress and facilitating transitions between various services and settings.Key Responsibilities:
Provide educational support as per Child Plans and IEPs
Collaborate with educators for student assessments
Conduct in-home and in-school behavioral coaching




Facilitate culturally responsive interventions
Maintain confidentiality and secure client informationRequirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in relevant discipline
Minor experience in mental health with children/youth
Understanding of Indigenous cultural safety principles
Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle
