Clutch is hiring an Auto Body Estimator for our reconditioning facility, featuring a Monday to Thursday shift from 4:30 PM to 3:00 AM, with an added $1.50 shift premium.

As an estimator, your primary duties will involve reviewing vehicle damage photos, coordinating pricing with repair shops, and managing scheduling appointments. Emphasizing communication and organization, you'll play a vital role in maintaining accurate repair estimates while supporting productive administrative tasks. Your proactive initiative will help enhance workflow and resolve any operational discrepancies.

Key Responsibilities:



• Review vehicle damage for accurate repair cost estimation • Coordinate repair pricing and service details with shops • Schedule and manage repair appointments effectively • Organize and process repair invoices systematically • Communicate updates and support management inquiries

Requirements: • Completion of high school diploma or equivalent • Solid communication proficiency with stakeholders • Ability to identify and resolve issues effectively • Orientation towards customer service excellence • High level of organizational aptitude to multitask
