Join Anishinaabe Abinoojii Family Services as a Frontline Support Worker to provide critical family support services. Help promote child development and strengthen family dynamics in a six-month contract. This position focuses on assisting families with practical and emotional support while facilitating access to community resources. You'll collaborate with team members and community partners to ensure services are effective and culturally relevant. Engage youth through mentorship, helping them develop essential life skills. Key Responsibilities:
Assist families with direct support and resource access
Implement family service plans in collaboration with staff
Promote positive parenting and enhance family communication
Coordinate community activities and workshops
Maintain accurate records of client interactions Requirements:
Bachelor of Social Work or related diploma
Experience with children and families in community settings
Understanding of First Nation family challenges
Robust organizational skills
