Fit4Less is seeking a Host who excels in friendliness and cleanliness. This entry-level role focuses on maintaining the club's standards while interacting positively with members and assisting them with memberships and amenities. You will play a crucial role in creating a courteous atmosphere and supporting Fit4Less’ customer service goals through daily tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain cleanliness standards throughout the fitness club
• Provide friendly assistance to members and guests
• Promote black card amenities and memberships
• Complete scheduled cleaning and training tasks
• Inform management of customer service issues
Requirements:
• High School diploma or in progress
• At least 1 year of teamwork experience
• Solid verbal and written communication skills
• First Aid, CPR-A & AED Certification
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure
