Key Responsibilities (Scheduler):
Scheduling: Coordinate clinician schedules for clients and field employees.
Communication & Intake: Manage incoming phone calls, accurately document messages, and maintain confidential communications between families, care teams, and healthcare professionals.
Administrative Support: Fax documents, assist with filing, copying,
and preparing client and recent-hire packets.
On-Call Support: Participate in shared on-call responsibilities as part of the office rotation.
General Operations: Assist with additional office tasks and other duties as assigned including recruitment.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
Background in Home Health, Caregiving, or Office Management.
Solid verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
High attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
Preferred: CNA certification, or prior experience in scheduling, staffing, or hiring.
Job Details:
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday and on call rotation
Pay: $19.00 – $24.00 / hour
