We are looking for a reliable, practical, and hardworking General Maintenance / Caretaker to help look after our property in beautiful Recent Denver, BC, in the heart of the Kootenay region.

This is a hands-on position suited to someone who is naturally handy, self-motivated, fast, and takes pride in keeping a property clean, safe, well maintained, and looking its best. The ideal candidate is someone who sees a crooked fence, a messy storage area, a snowy walkway, or something that needs fixing — and simply takes care of it.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

Responsibilities:
General property maintenance and repairs
Keeping common areas, walkways, and outdoor areas clean and tidy
Vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, dusting, and other general cleaning
Maintaining outdoor areas, gardens, lawns,



and grounds
Snow shovelling and winter property maintenance
Garbage and recycling duties
Basic painting, repairs, and touch-ups
Basic plumbing, carpentry, and other handy person tasks where appropriate
Checking and maintaining property fixtures, equipment, and furnishings
Assisting with room/property maintenance and preparing units as required
Moving, lifting, carrying, and organizing supplies and equipment
Identifying maintenance issues before they become larger problems
Keeping storage, maintenance, and work areas organized
Assisting with seasonal maintenance and other property projects
Other general duties as required to keep the property running smoothly

Qualifications:
At least two years of related experience
High School Diploma
English or French speaking
