A solid foundation in HVAC and BAS networking is essential for this role. Key Responsibilities:
Direct onsite BAS installation and commissioning tasks
Follow project specifications, drawings, and schedules closely
Coordinate daily activities with project teams and subcontractors




Resolve constructability issues with proactive communication
Verify project closeout tasks including documentation Requirements:
Minimum of 7 years in BAS installation or commissioning
Robust HVAC systems knowledge including controllers
Experience with Schneider Electric products is a plus
Capability to travel and possess valid driver’s license
