Key Responsibilities:
Define project scope and manage stakeholder expectations
Implement process improvements and lead agile projects
Track and report on project progress and risks




Facilitate debriefs and ongoing refinement of processes
Support team training for recent tools and initiatives

Requirements:
3+ years of project management experience and a relevant Bachelor’s degree
Solid written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Passion for evangelism and community outreach
Experience in non-profit organizations preferred
