This role involves temporary assignments reporting to the Manager, Clinical Services at CMHA-WECB. You will conduct evidence-based assessments, offer clinical interventions, and develop client treatment goals quickly. Flexibility is key as you may cover various locations and programs based on operational needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct clinical assessments to support client needs
Provide orientation on service processes and confidentiality
Develop treatment plans with clients within 30 days
Implement wellness plans and crisis interventions
Educate clients and families about mental health resources
Requirements:
University degree in Social Work or Nursing
Two years of relevant experience with vulnerable adults
Registration with relevant skilled college
Knowledge of mental health legislation and policies
Valid Ontario Driver's License required
