Key Responsibilities:
Establish engineering guidelines and procedures for quality control
Lead reviews of designs for temporary structures
Conduct risk assessments on construction operations
Recruit and mentor engineering staff for future success
Provide technical support during critical construction phases
Requirements:
Minimum 15 years in structural engineering, 5+ in leadership
Bachelor's degree in civil or structural engineering
Licensed Qualified Engineer in Ontario
Proficient in engineering software such as AutoCAD and Revit
