Klinic Community Health is hiring a part-time Physician for its Trans Health program. In this role, you'll approach healthcare with an anti-oppressive mindset, focusing on individualized care. Collaborating with an inter-skilled team, you will ensure that diverse clients feel respected and supported in their health journeys.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide gender-affirming healthcare per established guidelines
Work closely with primary health staff to coordinate care
Document relevant client information swiftly and accurately
Facilitate educational in-services for staff and students
Share on-call duties as part of the physician team

Requirements:
Doctorate from a recognized medical school
Registration eligibility with CPSM
Active CMPA membership
Certification in Family Medicine or equivalent
Previous experience in community medicine appreciated
