Job Summary: The Division Vice President of HSEQ & Compliance is responsible for developing, implementing, and directing the Canada Division safety culture, safety programs, risks management, claims management and compliance with government regulatory agencies and corporate operating procedures. This position will direct the strategy,



culture and oversee the execution of HSEQ and compliance control initiatives at all locations across the division.

Key Responsibilities
Champions and promotes a robust safety culture implementing strategic programs to ensure associate HSEQ, Risks Management and company regulatory compliance.
Directs the Division HSEQ team in accordance with company policies by hiring, training, mentoring, planning and directing company strategy, managing performance and resolving associate issues so that assigned performance targets are met or exceeded.
Represents Airgas and the Division on regional regulatory issues and audits/inspections by government entities. Actively assists legal counsel with technical aspects of litigation involving compressed gases, cylinders & bulk storage vessels, associated filling and
