Reporting to the Environmental Services Manager, you will manage general maintenance and service operations in our long-term care home. Your responsibilities will include preventive maintenance programs and completing various repairs, ensuring all equipment operates safely and efficiently at all times.

Key Responsibilities:
Follow Preventive and Demand Maintenance Programs
Perform routine tasks and maintenance checks
Complete repairs including plumbing and electrical work
Inspect and ensure operation of Life Safety systems
Maintain logs and regular maintenance reports

Requirements:
High School Diploma required, trade certificate an asset
Minimum two years of supervisory experience
Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
Experience in a unionized workplace preferred
Knowledge of WHMIS, OH & S regulations
