Key Responsibilities:
Develop a plan to expand construction capacity in key markets
Build a qualified network of subcontractors and internal resources




Provide oversight for projects from pre-construction to completion
Monitor project performance and address any issues proactively
Identify and manage risks related to project execution

Requirements:
10+ years in industrial construction or project management
Proven experience in building construction teams
Robust understanding of project planning and execution
Experience managing projects across multiple regions
Relevant engineering or management qualifications preferred
