Empower clients as a Residential Care Worker with the Winnipeg Regional Health Authority, providing critical support services in person. This role is essential for creating a positive, client-centered care workplace.
As a member of the Women's Treatment & Community Services team, you will support the needs of clients in a residential setting. Ideal candidates will possess solid communication skills, show genuine empathy, and have a commitment to personal and professional integrity.

Requirements:
High school diploma, Manitoba guidelines
Relevant experience in a residential or addiction setting
Current CPR-C, AED, and First Aid certification
Strong ability to remain calm under pressure
Understanding of Indigenous traditions and values is beneficial
