Dakota Dunes Thermal Spa is excited to invite applications for the Guest Services Supervisor position. In this pivotal role, you will manage daily operations, resolve guest concerns, and ensure a dedicated Guest Services team. Your focus will be on creating a warm and welcoming workplace while overseeing smooth bookings and transactions.

Key Responsibilities:
Assign responsibilities during pre-shift briefings
Oversee guest flow and operational activities
Handle complex booking and guest account issues
Maintain accurate records for transactions and waivers
Provide coaching on service excellence and hospitality

Requirements:
Hospitality Management certificate or equivalent preferred
At least 2 years leadership experience in a similar role
Familiarity with reservation systems and MS Office
Solid attention to detail and organizational skills
Passion for creating memorable guest experiences
