Requirements, Responsibilities and Duties: Providingreliable, sustainable, patient-centered digital services and stakeholder coordination.

Deliveringservice management - operational coordination and monitoring after initiative implementation,monitorKPIs and performance metrics, stakeholder engagement, service quality, and continuous improvement of digital health services.
Providingback-up for administrative support functions when needed.
Offeringdedicated leadership qualities that can ensuredigital initiatives are sequenced and aligned with provincialobjectives.
Supportingfacilitation ofstakeholder engagement, consensus building, project management, and coordination across the system.
Ensuringchange management, implementation monitoring, reporting, issue resolution, delivery tracking, and benefits realization.

Acting as acentralized resource to provide alignment and oversight across projects.

Qualifications:



Experience with Microsoft suiteand/or Share Point.

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Commerce

Strong interpersonal skills with experience working, influencing, and communicating effectively (both verbal and written) with all levels within a large complex organization.
Solid facilitation skills with experience effectivelyfacilitatingworkshops, gathering requirements, and presenting findings.
Excellent writing skills with experience drafting business cases, reports, plans, and proposals.
Solid ability to seamlessly translate between business/stakeholder groups and technical/IT groups.
Knowledge of information management and information technology.
Knowledgeof andexperience with the Saskatchewan Health care system is an asset.

Certifications in Change Management,PMI, and/or business analysisisconsidered an asset.
