Collaborate with the Brand Advisor to translate brand strategy into actionable plans. The right candidate should excel in digital marketing, SEO, and social media strategies, while also managing content creation and campaign performance evaluation.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor the Marketing Specialist and their projects
Oversee daily marketing workflow, budgeting, and performance metrics
Partner with Brand Advisor on brand strategy execution




Direct digital marketing efforts, focusing on website and SEO campaigns
Monitor and evaluate campaign effectiveness and ROI

Requirements:
3+ years of marketing experience with leadership responsibilities
Solid understanding of digital marketing and social media
Post-secondary education in relevant fields preferred
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and budgets
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
